Swiss Muesli with Mixed BerriesInspired by the famous Swiss Nutritionist Dr Bircher, this is no ordinary muesli. Its soft, creamy texture interspersed with bits of crunchy nuts will have you coming back for more - and not just at breakfast time. It’s even served as a dessert in Switzerland and sold as a snack in Zurich street food stalls. If you prefer it thinner just add more soy milk.
